Personal Training Rates
- Multiple in-person locations to choose from, a static weekly schedule, or one-off sessions
Monthly Personal Training Clients receive the VIP Package which includes:
- Online Portal (app) where all workouts are stored. This is a high-end app that I use to program all workouts & save data over time. Also client check-ins/photos, messaging, exercise videos.
- At-home workouts can be created/prescribed for clients to work out independently on the days they are not doing PT sessions, including cardio prescription
- Client Meal Plan & recipes to help you reach your goals. The app can also sync to MyFitnessPal for Flexible dieting that I can monitor.
- Support – all client questions will be answered in 24 hrs or less, usually within 4 hours
- Billing is done monthly, with an invoice automatically generated on your billing date. Payment is accepted in cash, cheque, bank transfer, cc, or PayPal.

- Assessment of your current diet via Food Log
- Nutritional recommendations specific to your body and goals, including, calorie intake recommendations, macronutrient breakdown (can be used for Flexible Dieting), food/nutrient requirements, supplement recommendations
- Meal Plan including 3-5 options per meal time, nutrient timing specifics (particularly for athletes), and recipes OR
- Flexible Meal Plan, which is a daily template with categories/swaps provided so you can have more options daily and still meet your goals
- PDF format delivered through email. Invoice/Billing is online, and payment is accepted in cash, cheque, bank transfer, cc, or PayPal.

A free in-person assessment (if you live in Winnipeg) is offered.
The workout plan is completely catered to your individual requirements, body, abilities, goals, and medical history. Progressions are included so you can advance your plan independently.
Each plan is meant to be followed for 8-12 weeks, several workouts are provided.
